Dallas came to live with us while my husband Roger and I were living in
Germany 1985. We went to Scotland and looked for about a week at a lot
of dogs and puppies. On the last day there he was pulling on my show
laces. Dallas was 7wks and was a big, mostly black and white, with a
little brown above his eyes puppy.
We moved to Netherlands when Dallas was 10mo’s and I met Brian
Mcgovern. We started going to class and learning the methods and
techniques that I use today in all my classes.
In 1987 we returned to the United States, and Dallas and I started on
a wonderful adventure. He tried all the time, no matter what. He
finished his OTCH in 1990. To this day, I miss him.
